DOT lauds Cebu-based group win in int’l dance competition

The group’s laudable performance will enjoin more tourists to visit Cebu and neighboring tourist destinations, to experience our rich history, culture, and heritage for themselves, and the pride of place and unwavering faith felt by Cebuanos,” enthused the tourism chief.

Daegu, literally ‘large hill,’ formerly spelled Taegu and officially known as the Daegu Metropolitan City, is a city in South Korea.

Daegu hosts various festivals in various themes like the Colorful Daegu Festival, Dongseongno festival, Palgongsan maple festival, Biseulsan azalea festival, Korea in Motion Daegu, and so on, are held by the city, each ward, or the specific groups, all through the year.

Colorful Daegu Festival offers performances and art programs for everyone to enjoy and participate in. Celebrated every year in Daegu City, various street performances are held, with the highlight of the festival being the Colorful Parade.
