PLDT Home Christmas Video

Team Out of Town Blog Hub (Outoftownblog.com) – This Christmas, PLDT Home gives tribute to Filipinos all over the world in a special video that celebrates the real and meaningful connections of families made possible by the power of the Internet.

In a heartwarming 45-second video featuring the iconic and sentimental Yuletide ballad “Pasko na, Sinta ko” (Christmas is here, my love), PLDT Home puts a spotlight on the uniquely Filipino touch of celebrating Christmas by connecting with family and loved ones. Aired over PLDT Home’s social media channels, the video depicts how the Filipino tradition of coming home for Christmas transcends even distance as many rely on the internet to keep family connections strong, especially in trying times.

Topping all other Filipino merry-making traditions, like karoling, parol, and bibingka, Christmas for Pinoys won’t be complete without hearing the familiar voices and seeing the bright faces of loved ones by our side. And if we can’t be with them personally, the next best option is to be with them virtually, powered by the country’s fastest internet connection, PLDT Home.

“For us Filipinos, Christmas comes alive the moment we’re gathered with family. Whether huddled in a dining room or in a virtual room, our connection matters most. To reconnect, get closer, and catch up with people who mean the world to us, that’s the most perfect Christmas gift we could ask for. Enabling this family connectedness has been the driving inspiration behind PLDT Home’s growth this year. As always, our fervent hope has been for Filipinos everywhere to enjoy the strongest connections with their family, for a brighter Christmas this year,” said Butch Jimenez, Senior Vice-President and Head of Consumer Business-Home Group.

Indeed, nothing says “Pasko na, Sinta ko” like making time for the family, greeting them in person, or even virtually over social media platforms. When using devices to connect with family for the holidays, it’s always best to ensure a smooth and lag-free experience, with PLDT Home Fiber.

As the Philippines’ most reliable and fastest internet connection provider, PLDT Home continues to set the standard for the country’s broadband services. Leading the country’s digital future, the telco giant also recently launched the first 10,000 megabits per second (Mbps) fiber-optic internet service in the Philippines.

Enjoy a brighter Christmas with your loved ones and watch PLDT Home’s heart-warming video in this link.

The Jollibee Chick’nwich’s new ad: A global innovation beyond expectation

The Jollibee Chick’nwich’s new ad

Like the Chick’nwich itself, its awesome new commercial is next-level

Team Out of Town Blog Hub (Outoftownblog.com) – Jollibee’s new Chick’nwich has definitely been making waves in the Philippines, especially with chicken sandwich fans who absolutely love the brand’s new level take on what is now a fast-food staple.

Along with the Chick’nwich itself is Jollibee’s fresh and equally new level ad that puts the product in a whole new light, a different way from the brand’s other products—and rightfully so, as the Chick’nwich is made to stand out from other chicken sandwiches in the Philippines and around the world.

With the new Jollibee Chick’nwich ad, Jollibee takes its marketing to the next level by recruiting some of the world’s top creative minds in advertising. The ad is conceptualized by ad agency BBH (Bartle Bogle Hegarty) Singapore and shot in Prague by world-renowned Paris-based director and mixed-media artist Louis Nieto, who in turn enlisted the help of London-based director of photography Tim Green and food stylist Elaine Ngan.

Their new level work portrays the Chick’nwich as something like a sleek and dazzling high-tech gadget being unveiled for the first time. With these global luminaries coming together for an extraordinary Jollibee ad, the end result is something that’s definitely on par with the creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship of international ads.

Watch the awesome new Chick’nwich ad here.

“When Jollibee and BBH Singapore approached me with their out-of-the-box idea to make the Jollibee Chick’nwich feel like something that’s beyond food, I was definitely intrigued. It excited and fulfilled me to go to great lengths to creatively portray the Chick’nwich as something that’s absolutely must-have and next-level, like a highly anticipated flagship release from our favorite tech brands,” said Nieto.

“As we were preparing the Chick’nwich for the world, we knew we had to go big and buzzworthy. And the work by BBH Singapore and director Louis Nieto, and the whole crew that gave their all, resulted in an ad that we could all be proud of, and would catch the attention—and appetite—of Jollibee and chicken sandwich fans,” said Mari Aldecoa, Jollibee Marketing—Assistant Vice President.

The Jollibee Chick’nwich is available at all Mega Manila stores on November 23 for PHP 130.00 solo, and PHP 175.00 with fries and drink. Have it safely delivered to you via the Jollibee Delivery App, JollibeeDelivery.com, or #87000. Also available in Drive-Thru and Take Out!
